failure while make the command (make test) with pgsql_perl on solaris7 - sparc20

dear ladies and gentleman

i have a sirious problem with the perl interface for postgresql

when i will make the < make test > then i failure occured with the 
following output
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `test_dynamic'


please would you be so kind and send me an email with a comment what i make 
false.
