Hmm..It is strange.

../configure --enable-monolithic --enable-unicode --disable-shared --enable-stat
ic --with-gtk --enable-gtk2 --prefix=/usr/local/wxwindows

Did you define monolithic ?

Then, 1.0.1 was made.
