Installing DBD

Hello, I tried to install the DBD::Pg module from CPAN and got the following
message during installation...


  CPAN.pm: Going to build M/ME/MERGL/DBD-Pg-0.93.tar.gz

Configuring Pg
Remember to actually read the README file !
please set environment variables POSTGRES_INCLUDE and POSTGRES_LIB !
Running make test
  Make had some problems, maybe interrupted? Won't test
Running make install
  Make had some problems, maybe interrupted? Won't install


I have seen that "environment variables" message before in other things.

What can I do?
