Re: postgresql on windows 2000

Probably it's a problem with cygwin1.dll. Ok., you should do something
else - after executing ipc-daemon you should check if it was loaded (go
to task manager and find ipc-daemon process). I don't think, that
ipc-daemon was loaded correctly.
