There is no in-build feature for postgres cluster HA like Oracle RAC. Our company planning to build postgres cluster, are you guys using any tool to achieve postgres cluster HA. In the below link postgres clustring tool are given. Did any one of you used any clustering tool?

We are evaluating Patroni (https://github.com/zalando/patroni), discovered during PG Conf Europe and it seems to be working fine according to the people who use it .

I do need to convert single server to Postgres cluster HA and add another node (server), can I use this tool?

You can use the BFM that was developed by BiSoft. It is platform independent (Linux - Windows ).
BFM can manage failover between database servers located in any geographic region. It is not based on virtual ip. It has the BIOXY. With BIOXY the end users continue on their way without being affected by master change. And also BIOXY can auditing the database conenction.
BFM has GUI. You can add or remove a node on the cluster easily. You can get support from BiSoft (info@bisoft.com.tr).
