Yes, the log shipping/streaming replication is possible between these versions as the major versions are same i.e 9.1.X

On the old infrastructure, postgres comes from postgresql.org
The version of postgres on the old and new infrastructure is the same, 9.1 (old 9.1.5 and new 9.1.9)
