I think the postgresql 8.4.0 binaries-no-installer for win32 exists in
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.4.0/win32/ . Who are know
where I can to get this file.

Hi dayat,

AFAIC there is no binary for windows maintained at all since 8.4. So you have to use the
one click installer under the link shown there:

http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do

Can anybody confirm that?

Maybe there are some other ressources somewhere but not at postgresql.org ...
