Hi.
With the libpq implementation in PHP4, the last week, we can use the
"enconding" force in a connection with php. But I don't know why, now is
impossible to change a "encoding" in a connection. I don't change
anything in the DB ¿?.
In SQL (via psql name_db), is possible to change the encoding.
Anybody can help me, please?
