Hello,
My name is Tudor,
 
I tried to acces my data base with the command:
psql mydbname
and I get the following error message:
 
Connection to database 'mydbname' failed.
connectDB() -- socket() failed: errno=106
Addresses in the specified family cannot be used with this socket
 
What is the problem?
My data bases are in the folder pgqsl\data\dase?
 
Then, the commands createdb,createuser are not recognized as an internal or external command.
What is the problem?
Can you answer at my address since I am not in the list.
