NT, Cygwin and Postmaster failure

Hi,

I want to use PostGreSql on NT 2000, but when I try to execute
<>, I've got the following error,

bash-2.02$ postmaster
postmaster: 1: Syntax error: redirection unexpected

Any solution ?
