I need a function to create a user that can be used from an unpriviledged user account.
I was hoping to encapsulate the call to create a user in a function and the allow access to that function.
The problem I had with just giving the user createuser priviledges was that as soon as the user can create a user they become a superuser. - which is bad.
Any ideas?
