Actually, no. It seems aligned just fine, AFAICS. The bug a bit more
embarassing - the deserialization does

    memcpy(ptr, mcvlist->types, sizeof(Oid) * ndims);

while it should be doing

    memcpy(mcvlist->types, ptr, sizeof(Oid) * ndims);

Will fix.
