'bar' shouldn't be a string in example

ALTER FOREIGN DATA WRAPPER dbi OPTIONS (ADD foo '1', DROP 'bar');

I think "bar" is akin to "foo" and therefore should be similarly an option?
(i.e. not a string value)?
