37.8. Функции на процедурных языках #
Postgres Pro позволяет разрабатывать собственные функции и на языках, отличных от SQL и C. Эти другие языки в целом обычно называются процедурными языками (PL, Procedural Languages). Процедурные языки не встроены в сервер Postgres Pro; они предлагаются загружаемыми модулями. За дополнительной информацией обратитесь к Главе 41 и следующим главам.
37.8. Procedural Language Functions #
Postgres Pro allows user-defined functions to be written in other languages besides SQL and C. These other languages are generically called procedural languages (PLs). Procedural languages aren't built into the Postgres Pro server; they are offered by loadable modules. See Chapter 41 and following chapters for more information.
