Add PostgreSQL book to docs/books

Hi,

I was recently made aware of the page on the website that lists PostgreSQL books  in a discussion with Claire Geordano. I'd like to ask that the book that Grant Fritchey and I wrote and released earlier this year be added. An image of the cover is attached.
