I'd like to contribute to the translation of pgadmin into Russian. I'm a developer and use pgadmin every day. I can get by with the English version, but I prefer using a localized version in my native language. I hope this will make someone else's work easier.

Dear colleagues,

I have synchronized the old translation, removed unused phrases, and added new translations. The localization process is not yet complete, but significant progress has been made. I decided to share the current status. I am using it myself and am satisfied with the results. I will continue with the translation.
