pgsql: Doc: alphabetize aggregate function table

Doc: alphabetize aggregate function table

A few recent JSON aggregates have been added without much consideration
to the existing order.  Put these back in alphabetical order (with the
exception of the JSONB variant of each JSON aggregate).
