pgAdmin 4 server could not be contacked

Hi,

When I tried to launch pgAdmin 4, I gave Fata Error: the application server could not be contacted.

How to solve the problem?

Please provide logs, OS details, screenshot of the error dialog, basically more details, so we can analyse.
