If I navigate around the Postgres community website, most of the pages
honor dark mode, but this one does not and shows the a white background:

    https://www.postgresql.org/list/

Seems like a bug.

Good catch. The CSS for the archives lives in a separate repo, so we'll 
have to apply the dark mode styles to that.
