pgadmin is not opening when I'm trying to work from postgres.
Could you please help me to resolve the issue ?

Can you please provide an OS name?
Kindly clean cache at path - ~/Library/Application\ Support/pgAdmin\ 4/ if you are on Mac.

Here is the path -
%LOCALAPPDATA%/pgadmin4/User Data/
Note - You will get a fresh pgAdmin window. Old layout will not persist.
