The book does actually have a subtitle though, which is "Classical Database Systems". Fixed in the attached. cheers ./daniel

Nice catch, it's been this way since 9474dd7ed6988924 which was committed in
May 1999. The book does actually have a subtitle though, which is "Classical
Database Systems". Fixed in the attached.
