Hi, News from GIS packages: - PostGIS 3.0.0 RPMs are out! - Updated PostGIS 2.5 and 2.4 RPMs are out. Updated the following dependencies to the latest versions: - GDAL 3.8.0 - GDAL 3.0.2, - Proj 6.2.1 I rebuilt libgeotiff15 and libspatialite43/50 packages for new GeOS and Proj. Please note that the packages are for RHEL 7, RHEL 8 and Fedora 29+. EPEL 8 users: If you want to install PostGIS 3.0.0 , please enable epel- testing for gpsbabel. It'll take ~2 weeks for this package to hit the EPEL stable repo. However, apparently I made (another) mistake, and new RPMs do not update the alpha ones. Please remove alpha packages manually, then install new ones. Thanks - I did run yum clean all previously (and again) but it has no effect.

My bad, it was a packaging issue. Removed alpha4 RPMs a few days ago. You should be able to install them.
