Обсуждение: pgCluu RPM

I was going to try this package again, but the RPM is missing several things so
I ended up downloading the tarball.

no systemd unit files (nor cronjob in /etc/cron.d, etc)
no pgcluu.conf (see Makefile.PL)
no apache config (see Makefile.PL)
no CGI
