If you use run_branches.pl to manage which branches your buildfarm
animals build, you don't need to do anything; they should start
building the v12 branch as soon as Andrew updates
branches_of_interest.txt. If you manage the branch list manually,
please add REL_12_STABLE at your earliest convenience.
