Hi,

I found a bug.
pgAdmin latest version(maybe all version)...
You can't modify a table by adding a column and its description, but you can
add a column first and then add a description of the column.

If this problem can be reproduced with SQL commands, please show what
they are.  If it cannot, please report this problem to the pgadmin-users
mailing list.
