We are not able to run the query can you please help this.

==> sqlplus -v

SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.2.0 Production

PROD=#  select * from UDO_CH_interndimension;
ERROR:  error connecting to Oracle: OCIEnvCreate failed to create
environment handle
DETAIL:
