I'm using the Docker image https://hub.docker.com/r/dpage/pgadmin4/. The last time I checked it was using version 10.5 of the PostgreSQL client libraries and binaries like `psql` and `pg_dump`. Is it possible to make tagged images using the stable 9.x and 11.x versions as well?
