So, I hope that I try to explain the problem that I'm facing..I want your help please

Hi,
There might be problem with your connection string. Could you describe about the parameters you are trying to connect while registering a new server ?

Pavan

You have a problem with PgAdmin not Postgres.
You should address your question to pgadmin-support@postgresql.org

Hi,
You have installed and re-installed the pgAdmin 4 same version, so have you uninstalled it and then re-installed?
Also, please enable logging and send the logs. Refer https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8 to enable logging.
Thanks,
Khushboo
