Hi,

I don't have editing access to the main page of our wiki, so I ask
somebody to add link to russian pages under "Alternate Languages",
where currently I see links to chinese and deutsch languages.

Hi Oleg, there is a bar at the top that says Русский.  Is that not
enough?  I am tempted to remove the "alternate languages" at the bottom,
and have these two languages follow the same model as the other ones.
