I have just released version 2.0.0 of the Foreign Data Wrapper for Oracle.
This release adds push-down of (2-way inner) joins to Oracle.
This was implemented by Tatsuro Yamada and sponsored by NTT OSS Center.

A few bugs were fixed, and the deprecated "plan_costs" table option was removed.
