We have a problem:
The performance on 9.6.3 for our query differs by more than 10 times than at 9.5.7.
9.5.7 - run time - 4 seconds
9.6.3 - run time - 51 seconds
9.6.3 - when using the enable_nestloop = off - 3 seconds
