In postgresql site I can download binary file of the latest version of postgresql
refers to:

however I need to install 9.3.3
I know that I can download the source code but it's hard work to install it.

I just need to install it localy.
Why do u remove the old installations?
I've looked the whole web and didnt find any.

Hello,

The community considers not upgrading to be riskier than upgrading.

That is why we always recommend that all users run the latest available minor release for whatever major version is in use.

If you want to read more about that:
https://www.postgresql.org/support/versioning/

Nevertheless if you really "needs" 9.3.3, the following link worked for me:
http://get.enterprisedb.com/postgresql/postgresql-9.3.3-1-windows-x64.exe

Because we care about our users, and don't want them to install buggy versions.
9.3.3 has lots of security issues, data loss bugs and other bugs, and it is 3
years old. Please use 9.3.14, unless you have a very strong reason to use
9.3.3.
