Have you installed any of the previous test releases of pgAdmin 4?

You should find a log file under your %AppData% directory. On my test
VM, the full path is:

C:\Users\dpage\AppData\Roaming\pgAdmin\pgadmin.log

Wow, that really is unhelpful. If you browse into the web/ directory
in the installation directory, can you please add the following 2
lines to config_local.py, then re-run pgAdmin and check/send the
logfile again?

DEBUG = True
FILE_LOG_LEVEL = 10

No, I agree :-(. Can you please try the standalone pgAdmin package
from https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin3/pgadmin4/v1.0/ and see if
you get different results?

OK - did you install in the default location? I noticed your original
paths were not in the Program Files directory, and I wonder if some of
the Windows security is getting in the way.

If not, is that something you can try? You can test with the
standalone installer to avoid messing with your PostgreSQL
installation - obviously you'll need to uninstall pgAdmin first.

Good catch! Likely a unicode issue then I'd guess. Does it work if you use:

DATA_DIR = u'c:/Users/Laczkóczki Ákos/AppData/Roaming/pgadmin/'

?
