Hello,
I've created a ZPsycopgDA project on its own. it has got its own
setup.py so it can be submitted to PyPI (it was actually already
released on PyPI, but only thanks to somebody else volunteering).
My hope is also to make it more visible and have Zope-specific issues
dealt with in a smaller context.

On a not unrelated note, all the outstanding Zope bugs should have
been fixed, so I will release psycopg 2.4.6 in the next couple of
days.
