Yes. Several hub.org services have been intermittently online and offline for over a week. pgfoundry has been mostly offline, but we've also seen issues with the mailservers etc. We haven't been told why, and we haven't been given an ETA on a fix. //Magnus On Mon, Nov 7, 2011 at 19:08, David E.
