that's a known bug in the FM code - it double escapes quotes on every 
save. Patches(or people bugging magnus) welcome...

well I was planning to go over all the 9.0 featurematrix stuff(which is 
currently a bit rough) a bit later in the beta cycle when the dust 
settles however I have updated the text to 9.0b1 for now.
