"latest" still points to "8.3.4"

Hi all,

In http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary, latest points to 8.3.4, instead
of 8.3.5.

No idea why Magnus created that - the only symlinks we maintain are at
the top level directory. I've removed it now.

It was actually added by Marc, which made me think it would actualliy be
maintained :P
