My announcements on pgsql-cygwin and pgsql-ports about closing the lists 
went uncontested, so I think the lists can be closed now.

I moved them to the "inactive" section in the website and archives.

Are there other lists slated for shutdown?

There was one protest on the interfaces list against shutdown, so I omitted 
that one for now.
