It seems the mailing of commit messages on pmt were broken when it was
migrated. I just tried an autobackup commit, and nothing came through on
the list. It used to come through after just a second or so.

Did anybody else see this commit message? (It was a change to wwwmasters
crontab that simply contained a new comment)

It got stuck in the moderation queue as the sender email address has
changed. I've subscribed the new address.
