pgfoundry, gborg, cvsup, developer sites down

Sending an email on this, in case you didn't get my page on the subject 
(should have been about an hour ago), but we're getting timeouts and 
significant packet loss on the above machines. Seems to be a problem 
somewhere between miami and panama. Any status information you can give would 
be appreciated.

Yes, we've isolated it one server, so we've been able to bring the rest back 
online ... we're also working on getting our C class's split across two net 
links, so that if one gets saturated, it doesn't take everything out ...

Why isn't your ISP blocking this at the router level? This shouldn't
even be our (your) problem.

Yeah. Was it actually a DoS on one of your servers, or was it someone
else at the datacenter? Or the postgresql servers themselves?

Maybe they can't.  Some kinds of DoS are aimed at the service you are
providing.  Like, say, DNS.
