The error is:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getLatest() on a non-object in
/usr/local/www/developer.postgresql.org/www/includes/SkinTemplate.php on line
817

The function is:

includes/Article.php:   function getLatest() {

But, beyond that ... someone that understands this code (Greg?) is going to
have to figure what is wrong, as there are no other errors ...

I'm looking through the code to see if I can figure *something* out, but
SkinTemplate.php hasn't been modified since Aug 2nd, so its not as if someone
did a recent change to the code or anything ...

Thanks for the digging, Marc. I think I've found and fixed the problem. It
looks like it was only affecting non-logged in users, which is why I didn't
see it right away.
