As part of PostgreSQL\'s growth into new areas, Bruce Momjian will be speaking at this year\'s International PHP
Conferencein Frankfurt, Germany. 
Bruce will be presenting two 1/2 day PostgreSQL tutorials, plus one or more general talks.
