Hello

i´m actually working on a port of PostgreSQL to the NetWare platform.
Now i have the problem that i can´t find how PortalBuffer used in
tgRecipe.c is defined

Any help would be great

tgRecipe is not used by our current backend because we don't support
tioga.  I don't think it even compiles.  It is old stuff and should
probably be removed.
