Postgresql 6.5

Hi,
  I have a Sun Sparc 20 and Sun Ultra 5 workstations,
when I compilete Postgresql 6.5 with GCC 2.8.1
it is no erro found , but when I initdb and restart the postmaster
then the system respone to me :

IpcMemoryCreate:Shmget failed (Invalid argument)
key=5432001, size=1073152, premission=600

FATAL 1: Shmem Create: cannot creat region
