While I don't mind helping (I'm sure others don't as well) I'd like to
take time to point you to the PHP lists for these kinds of questions..
www.php.net has a list of mailing lists for general (and specific) PHP
questions.. Please go there and subscribe to the proper list so you can get
help with your non-PostgreSQL problems/questions..
