PostgreSQL 9.5 23bit ODBC Driver

There doesn’t seem to be a 32bit version of the ODBC driver available on the site (http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/) – the psqlodbc_09_05_0100-x86.zip file seems to only install the 64bit version.  Is there another place to download the driver?

Well I just downloaded and installed that file on an old 32bit only
Windows machine and it worked.
