Michael pointed out that the pgsql-odbc mailing list has a fairly low message size limit (40kB?). That's not quite enough for large patches. Can someone bump it up to e.g 100 kB, please? - Heikki

For some lists it's even larger, for example pgsql-hackers has it at 1MB (actually 1000 kB). If you think there's a need for a larger value for pgsql-odbc, let me know. Now, apparently pgsql-odbc does not have a list owner nor a moderator. Yes, this is more common. Depending on the list you might get five spam messages a day or so.
