Hi.

I'm sorry in the overdue report...

We were due to make release preparations of 08.04.0100 with the
release of pg8.4.  However, It is unreleasable yet by the reason the
last check is not enough.  Present CVS-HEAD is in the state.

A test of the contribution person of now many is desired.
Then, I think that a release can be voted.
