Using SSL on VB5 Apps

Hi.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to run PGSQL with the SSL 
option using VB5/Win95 Apps as the front end?

1.  Is there some where that I can pick up code to run the ssl business on 
win95 machines.

2.  What do I do to get SSL running with Postgresql on the Linux side.
