libssl

I am just beginning to look at postgresql and have a problem I 
hope someone can help me with.

I tried to install it and found some missing libs, one of which 
was libssl.so.2. 

I installed libssl, but the install for postgresql still shows the 
same message. 

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
